ABOUT ME

I have taught VCE English and VCE Literature for many years at Bayside independent schools. I also have experience teaching IB Literature. I am still very much enjoying teaching Year 12 VCE English part-time.
I have been an English external assessor for 30 years, as well as having experience in examination setting, text selection and course writing and reviewing.
Over the years, I have also written a number of Year 12 VCE study guides on texts such as ‘The Reluctant Fundamentalist’, ‘Wilfred Owen: The War Poems’, ‘Twelve Angry Men’, ‘Stasiland’, ‘The Complete Maus’, ‘Burial Rites’, ‘Stasiland’, ‘Like a House on Fire’, ‘Nine Days’, ‘After Darkness’ and the comparative pair of ‘The Penelopiad and Photograph 51’.
